This device came delivered quickly. Packaging was defective but device not affected. This is my second attempt to find such a neck massage advice for me. The 1 TENS device of another company was terrible. This vibration and TENS device is good. It sits at the neck very far forward and a little tight. But it is easy to use. It has heat emergency light function, TENS in various Strengths and then the vibration in combination. Especially the heat with the vibration is good. You don't even notice the TENS electricity. Only when you turn off the massage do you notice the TENS power. I can recommend it, but be careful with migraines or acute herniated disc.
